Indiana's Tamika Catchings, Tulsa's Liz Cambage Named Conference Players of the Week

Indiana Fever's Tamika Catchings and Tulsa Shock's Elizabeth Cambage were named the WNBA's Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week, respectively, for games played Monday, July 15 through Sunday, July 21.

For Catchings, this is the 19th time in her career that she has been named Player of the Week, tying her for first all-time with Seattle's Lauren Jackson. 

For Cambage, the Player of the Week honor is the first of her career.

Other candidates for WNBA Players of the Week were Atlanta's Angel McCoughtry, Chicago's Elena Delle Donne and Courtney Vandersloot and Indiana's Shavonte Zellous in the East, as well as Los Angeles' Nneka Ogwumike, Minnesota's Lindsay Whalen and Phoenix's Diana Taurasi in the West.
